Refinishing & Reglazing Process
Our refinishing and reglazing process stands out due to our utilization of top-quality materials and our highly experienced technicians, who boast 4 – 8 years of on-the-job expertise.
Our service would include all of the following processes:
- Sanitizing your fixture (bathtub, sink, shower, or surface – NOT valves or hardware)
- Soap scum removal (chemicals wash)
- Etching (chemical wash)
- Removal of old caulking (edges)
- Re-caulking (edges)
- Sanding any rough surfaces
- Repairing minor chips/cracks
- Covering shower heads and faucets
- Covering surroundings to avoid overspray
- And last but not least “reglazing”.
The entire process takes anywhere between 3 – 4 hours and you can not use the fixture for 48 hours after the reglaze is applied. You get a two year warranty (kitchen sinks 6 months), and the reglaze can last anywhere between 5 – 10 years, depending on how it’s cared for after the reglaze.
FYI
We do not use regular paint with additives, like most of our competitors, we use a premium four-part pure white resin based chemical that gives your fixtures a durable brand new look.
